This pet profile must be completed for your application to be considered completed. Medically necessary animals for the benefit of the occupant(s) are permitted with valid documentation from a medical or mental healthcare provider. Qualifications: We run a complete background check that includes credit, income verification, prior landlord and eviction history. In terms of credit, Parkridge Association does require a score over 690 with a clean 7-year credit history.
