Burnt Store Isles (BSI) is a deed-restricted, waterfront and golfing community with approximately 1,000 canal-front and 400 golf-course homes. You will find single-family homes, villas, and condos, ranging from modest bungalows to upscale homes. Like Punta Gorda Isles, all seawalls and canals in Burnt Store Isles are maintained by the City of Punta Gorda.
The Twin Isles Country Club is located in the center of Burnt Store Isles. If you enjoy golf, you will want to play its Par 72, 18-golf Championship course and take lessons from its onsite PGA Golf Professional. Twin Isles also offers several other recreational activities, including tennis (4 Har-Tru Clay Courts, 2 Deco-Turf Hard All-Weather Courts), clubs and socials.
The Burnt Store Isles Association, Inc. (BSIA) is a voluntary property owners Association. It was formed in 1983 as a way for property owners and residents to continue improving their neighborhood and coordinate with other civic groups as they considered development plans for the area.
