Burnt Store Isles (BSI) is a deed-restricted, waterfront and golfing community with approximately 1,000 canal-front and 400 golf course homes. You will find single-family homes, villas, and condos, ranging from modest bungalows to upscale homes. All seawalls and canals are maintained by the City of Punta Gorda. 

The Burnt Store Isles Association, Inc. (BSIA) is a voluntary property owners Association. It was formed in 1983 as a way for property owners and residents to continue improving their neighborhood and coordinate with other civic groups as they considered development plans for the area.
