The Guest bedroom has 2 full size Trundle beds. A walk-in shower in the Master Bathroom and a tub/shower in the Guest bathroom. The home has 18″ tile throughout with no carpeting. The oversized garage has a workshop and outside, a lovely back yard patio surrounded by mature Oak trees.
What a treat to take a swim in the 6 ft. deep saltwater lap pool (4 ft. at both ends) and enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub after a full day of sightseeing and enjoying all that Sarasota has to offer….Beaches, (Siesta Key Beach is just 15 minutes away – 5.7 miles!), Sarasota’s finest shops and restaurants, Sarasota Opera, Ballet, and the Sarasota Symphony.
