It’s an ideal choice for couples, solo travelers, winter escapes, or anyone looking for a comfortable home base while exploring Southwest Florida. This cozy retreat has been nicely updated with ceramic plank tile flooring throughout, fresh modern colors, and stylish furnishings. The kitchen opens directly into the living area, giving the unit an open and inviting feel. You’ll have a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, small kitchen appliances, dishes, glassware, cutlery, and cooking essentials for preparing meals during your stay. A small dining table provides a comfortable place for breakfast, dinner, or morning coffee before heading out for the day. The living room has comfortable seating and one TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is included throughout the unit. Please note: This unit does not have a dishwasher. Seasonal rent is $1,800/mth (December – April), off season rent is $1,200/mth (May – November). Rent this for 6 months or longer at $1,500/mth. Tourist tax of 12% is in addition to the rent.

Guest access
You’ll have private access to the entire 1-bedroom/1-bath unit. Laundry facilities are available in the shared laundry area located in the lanai and are shared with guests staying in our neighboring 2-bedroom/1-bath unit. Beach-day extras are also stored there. Guests are welcome to use the property’s 4–6 shared beach chairs and two coolers. Two outdoor grills are available for guest use.
Open parking is shared among the property, with space for approximately four moderate-size vehicles total.

The location
Bay Heights Park and Lemon Bay are directly across the street, making it easy to enjoy the waterfront and everything that comes with the Southwest Florida lifestyle. Englewood Beach and the Gulf of Mexico are just a short drive away. Grab your provided beach towels, chairs, and a cooler and spend the day swimming, relaxing in the sunshine, walking the shoreline, or searching for shark teeth. Afterward, explore Englewood’s local restaurants, waterfront dining, shopping, and entertainment before returning to your own comfortable retreat. Sometimes a great Florida vacation doesn’t require a huge house—just a comfortable place in a great location.
